Clari-Tea
A blend of traditional herbs for gentle cleansing and detox of kidneys, bladder and lymphatic system. The nutritive, alkalinizing properties of these herbs also aid in clearing skin conditions and strengthening hair and nails.
Ingredients:
Stinging Nettles (Urtica dioica), Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinalis folia), Burdock (Arctium lappa), Fireweed (Epilobium angustifolium), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense).
Brewing Instructions:
One generous teaspoon of dried herbs per cup of almost boiling water. For maximum benefit let this blend steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
Store in a sealed container in a dry and dark location.
